Work Stages 1-4

Three unique residential buildings will be created close to the waterfront and right next to the “Torhäuser”.

Between the old town of Köpenick and the district 52° North, 

the river “Die Dahme” expands unusually and generously for the Berlin scale.

– The river becomes the lake.

The direct proximity of the project site to the water radiates tranquility and contemplation and forms the basis of our design ideas. 

The architecture of houses 1 and 3 follows an overall ecological concept with a sustainable selection of materials from wooden panel elements to form the exterior walls, as well as a fasade design of wooden elements and Corten steel. Different window formats frame different view axes, extend the panorama from one window opening to the next section.
