The long, narrow property constructed along the firewall supplemented with a new solitary residential building. 

The cubes of the facade correspond to the different apartment types. In this way, all apartments get an individual character. 

The development, through an open gallery, is created along the firewall. 

The courtyard is transformed into a new garden landscape with qualities for all residents.
