Design of an exclusive 5-star hotel complex directly besides the waters with integrated Sports, leisure and SPA wellness areas and an upstream marina.

The hotel is located about 50km southeast of Berlin on Brandenburg’s largest lake, the Scharmützelsee in the Storkower Lake region southeast of Bad Saarow.

The architecture is characterized by an elongated building which runs diagonally across the street and water, raised from the detached terrain,closes off the street and opens to the cascading waters.
