Construction of a residential quarter from an ensemble of 8 buildings in a park on the banks of the River „Dahme“ with nursery school and commercial units.

The particular charisma of this new district on the shore is the large and specially designed outdoor area – a park for about 180 residential units, in the center a piazza, a café with jetty on the water and access to the beach, playgrounds, park benches and green resting places, zones for boules and other games, paths in a hilly parkland, gardens, a nursery school with a spacious play garden and streetside commercial spaces.

On an area of about 19,000 square meters, there is plenty of room for versatile needs resulting from an intelligently formulated town planning figure.
