The special feature of the property in the southwest of Berlin, in addition to the beautiful location on the water, is the hillside location on a Berlin lake.

“That’s why we’re not just planning houses here, but rather a living landscape”.

The building continua are composed of individual modules that add up and variably depict different residential units, which as a whole then represent an unmistakable ensemble of buildings with a basic connection to the lake.

The arrangement and appearance of the buildings is deliberately based on traditi

onal simple boathouses that can still be found in the area today.
