The aim of the new development is an optimal combination of a commercial local supply combined with a large number of predominantly smaller residential units. 

This combination carters to living spaces for different target groups such as students, seniors, families. 

The central quality lies in the public space that is created in the heart of the district.

A small-scale „Kiez“ structure with a central square, commercial units on the ground floor and partial areas in the basement provide space for a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, workshops and studios as well as playgrounds.

The neighbourhood feeling is intended to attract people from the area and this revive the entire neighborhood.

In the focus of the planning is also the plant of large outdoor areas with lush fauna.
