In 2012 generous loft apartments were implemented in an old commercial building built in 1914 with a living

history (first a piano factory, then a clothing factory). The building cubature and framework remained

untouched.

On the 5th floor, residential islands as well as spacious bathrooms and an elevated open kitchen level were

built in an organised form. The old windows and heaters on the 6th floor were rationally integrated into the

layout concept.
