Work Stages 1-8

The façade, which faces the street, was reconditioned and the original appearance restored. An advertising

agency uses the former lobby as a showroom, in which the original travertine counter was retained.

Furthermore we created a new area for a deli with a beer bar. A newly installed staggered roof with

containers provides space for further hotel rooms with terraces.
