Not far from Gendarmenmarkt is the new seat of DEXIA Hyp in a listed building from 1912 by Paul Mebes.

The old layers were cleared and contrasted with modern elements. The two-storey entrance hall as well as

the extended bank chairman‘s attic are to be highlighted.

The investment of the offices, the opulent staircases and, last but not least, the courtyard design underline

the requirements of a successful credit institution.

In a further phase the complete roof extension was planned.
