Completion of another floor / residential use with about 157sqm The property is accessed from the Amendestraße.
The building belongs to building class 5: “other buildings with a height from 13m.”
As shown in the plan, two residential units are planned in the front building.
One apartment has about 97 square meters of usable space, the other about 60 square meters.
Through a loft-like, open floor plan we partly enable a “live-in”. The living rooms and the terraces are placed on the street side and south.
Dormitories can be found partly on the street but always in the direction of the courtyard.
The yard will be landscaped and redesigned as part of the expansion. There are more bicycle parking spaces created. In addition, the waste storage is re-sorted.
