The individual new layout of the space continuum was the focus of the renovation and expansion of the old villa.

On an existing garage, a seemingly floating two-storey cube is built and connected to the villa on both levels.

Using only ecologically sensible products such as clay and flax,

an economical and generous family of villas has emerged in six months from the first sketch to the arrival.
